Trase Travers, PE, Founder and CEO
Trase Travers has over 30 years of executive and engineering experience across the civil, commercial, and defense aerospace sectors. As Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on scaling technical enterprises and driving strategic growth for complex aerospace programs. His background includes serving as CEO of Group W, ARCTOS, and Millennium Engineering & Integration Company (now Axient), where he led major corporate integrations and significant revenue expansions. Trase began his career supporting launch operations at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center, building hands-on experience in mission assurance, launch safety, and regulatory compliance. A licensed Professional Engineer, he holds a master’s degree in engineering and serves on the External Advisory Board for the University of Florida's Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering.
David Ehrlich, Esq, Founder and CLO
David Ehrlich handles corporate strategy, structural transactions, and risk management across the civil and defense aerospace markets. He brings extensive experience advising technical enterprises and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, capital deployment, and corporate governance. David's background includes serving as chief counsel and an investment committee member for a private equity firm dedicated to national security, defense, and aerospace investments. In private legal practice, he has structured complex transactions for prominent defense technology providers, managing the recent sales of both ARCTOS and Group W. He also served for over seven years as a logistics officer in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. David holds a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
